Setting Your Spaces Status for Your Members During the COVID-19 Crisis

This guide will show you how to set a notification for your members about your space’s status (Open, Open to Members Only, Closed) during the COVID-19 outbreak. You can quickly and easily change your status as the situation unfolds in your region, as well as offer additional contact information for your members to get in touch with you

Your status will be prominently displayed on your members dashboards within their Cobot member portals:


It's easy to setup. Go to Setup » Profile » Edit, and enter your open status during the crisis – are you open, closed, or partially restricted?



There are additional fields for further information. This information will be very visibly shown on your members’ dashboard if filled in.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
As soon as you enter an Open Status, the members will see this information on their dashboard. To not show anything, leave the Open Status blank.
