You can connect members to existing profiles from the Manage section. This lets them access their invoices, update their contact details and make reservations.
- Select the member you want to connect from the members list.
- In the overview, Click on Membership > Connect.
- Enter an email adress to send the member a email to create a login and claim the profile.
- Alternativly, go the the second tab: Add User.
- Enter the member’s email address and set a password. This will create a login for the email. (You can use the same one for all the members and ask them to change it otherwise - this way you’ll have an easy way of telling everyone which is their password).
- Members will receive two emails: One confirming their membership, and another one with a link to join the space.
