When you set up your space, you are automatically the administrator. When you add more people as administrators, they can access all the same features just like you.
In order to add someone else as an administrator, they need to sign up with cobot and you need to know their email. If you don't want them to become a member of your space you should send them to this signup form.
To add adn admin go to Setup, Administrators and enter their name and email in the form.
You can remove administrators by clicking the remove link next to their name in the list.
