Getting Started with Zapier

First you will need to click to connect your Cobot account to use with your Zapier account.

Next, login to your Cobot account using your standard user name and password. If you are already signed in, this will happen automatically.

Sign-in to Cobot

Now you can name the account. This is just for you to keep track if you have multiple Cobot email addresses connected with Zapier. It doesn't affect anything in Cobot, so name it anything you like.

If all steps worked, your Cobot account will now be successfully connected.

Now when you go to the next step to connect your space, you will be able to select from all spaces associated with that Cobot email address. Cobot connection successfull

You can trigger data to be sent from Cobot to other applications when:

  • A membership is confirmed
  • A membership is canceled
  • A new booking is made
