When you sign up at http://cobot.me, you will be taken to a registration page which invites you to register your coworking space. If you already have a Cobot account, you can register a new space via your account page:
After clicking the Add a Coworking Space you run button, you will have to fill out a small form.
In addition to other details, it allows you to determine the subdomain for your space, which is the customizable part of the Cobot URL. For example, if you enter demo, your space will be available at http://demo.cobot.me.
After this step you will be redirected to your Admin Dashboard:
You can now take the virtual tour or browse through the features yourself.
After registration, the most important things to arrange asap are:
Create Membership Plans
In order to be able to add coworkers to your space in Cobot, you need to set up at least one Membership plan.
Set up Time Passes
For members who don't want to cowork full-time, Cobot can completely automate the process of buying and using time passes.
Decide how you wish to arrange your invoicing
Add new coworkers to your space on Cobot and manage their details. Members have their own section, which they can log into.
Add your resources
You can set up resources such as meeting rooms, which members can then book via an online booking calendar.
Set up Automatic Check-in
You can set up How-Tos for your coworkers to explain common things, such as using the printers or the coffee machine. This way you don't have to explain these things over and over again.
