Our Process

What to expect when you apply

We believe that every applicant should be treated with courtesy and respect for their time. All applicants can expect a prompt response from our hiring team at each stage of the process, regardless of the outcome.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Application submission Follow the steps in the application form, submit your CV and any other documents, and respond to each required questions. We encourage candidates to take time in getting to know our company, our values, and our story.
  2. Application screening We review each application (without assistance from algorithms or software) to understand your skills, experience, and motivation to work at Cobot. You’ll hear from us about your application status within seven business days.
  3. Next steps and Interviews Once your application passes the initial review. Depending on the position, we may ask for answers to follow up questions, a list of references, or a short challenge submission to test your skills. Once you provide your answers, we will review and get back to you with a personal interview. We will try to keep this process as short as possible while allowing you enough time to comfortably submit your answers.
  4. Decision If we decide you’d be a great addition to Cobot, you’ll receive an offer by email to join the team.

We recognize there is no “complete” candidate for any position and that you may feel the need for further development in some areas. We encourage you to apply even if your profile does not meet all of the requirements for a given role if you feel that you would excel in the position.
