With our Members App, your coworkers can:

  • Access your coworking space details: address, opening hours, contact links, and social media.
  • Check your membership plan, including available booking credits.

Do I need a membership to use the app?

Yes. You log in with an active membership at a space that uses Cobot, using the same email and password as your member portal. Non-members cannot use the app.

How do administrators access the app?

Administrators need to add themselves as members of their own space. Once they have a membership, they can log in with the same credentials they use for the member portal.

Can I manage my plan, invoices, or account settings in the app?

Not yet. The app currently supports bookings only. For plan management, invoices, and account settings, log in to the web member portal.

Why can't I book certain resources?

You can only book resources that your membership plan allows. Any booking rules set by your space, such as time limits and booking windows, apply automatically in the app.

Will more features be added to the app over time?

Yes. The app is still growing and new features are being added. For now, plan management, invoices, and account settings are handled in the web member portal.

What else can I see in the app besides bookings?

You can browse resources with their pricing and capacity, view your space's contact details and social links, check your current plan and pricing, and read your space's legal documents.
