Declaration of Conformity with VERI*FACTU
At Cobot, we declare that our invoicing system
complies with the requirements established in Royal Decree 1007/2023
and with the technical specifications of the VERI*FACTU system
regulated by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
What is VERI*FACTU?
VERI*FACTU is the system defined by the Spanish Tax Agency to ensure that
invoicing software generates records that are complete, traceable, verifiable,
and tamper-proof, and that these records can be automatically transmitted to
the AEAT in accordance with current regulations.
Compliance commitment
Our software implements the obligations defined in the RRSIF regulatory framework, including:
- Generation of invoices in the format required by VERI*FACTU.
- Electronic signature and traceability of invoicing records.
- Secure and automatic transmission of records to the Tax Agency.
- Complete, immutable, and verifiable logging of events and incidents.
What users must do
To use the VERI*FACTU mode, workspaces must:
- Enter their NIF (tax identification number) in their billing configuration.
- Upload a valid digital certificate for signing invoice records.
- Review and correct any invoice issues before they are transmitted.
Scope of the declaration
This declaration applies to all invoices issued through
Cobot when the workspace has enabled the VERI*FACTU mode
and uploaded a valid digital certificate.
Transparency and record preservation
Our system guarantees the integrity, traceability, and immutability of invoicing records
in accordance with regulatory obligations. Users can review the status of each invoice
and the results of its transmission at any time.
