Compliance questions

Can I delete a member's personal data on request?
Yes. You can delete all data linked to any individual member from your Cobot account, covering your obligations under GDPR's right to erasure.

How do members confirm consent for their personal data?
Members can confirm how their personal data is processed and for what purpose. Cobot also supports double opt-in for newsletter signups.

When do changes to tax rates take effect?
Changes to tax rates apply only to new invoices generated after the change is made. Invoices already issued are not affected.

Does Cobot support multiple currencies?
Yes. Multiple currencies are supported, though you need to contact support to enable this for your space.

What information appears on each invoice line item?
Each line item includes the service period and the taxes that apply, giving your accounting the detail it needs.

Who is responsible for member data under GDPR?
Space operators are the data controllers and Cobot is the data processor. Cobot provides an online Data Processing Agreement to cover this relationship.
