Event booking and ticketing FAQs

Does Cobot charge extra for the events feature?

No. Events are included in every Cobot subscription at no extra cost, and event visitors are not counted toward your subscription limit. Visitor ticket payments carry a processing fee. See our pricing page for details.

How do attendees pay for paid tickets?

Paid events can collect payment automatically through Stripe or PayPal. You can also accept manual methods like cash or bank transfer and add your own payment instructions.

Can I issue refunds for event tickets?

For tickets paid via Stripe, refunds can be processed directly through Cobot. For other payment methods, refunds need to be handled manually outside of Cobot.

Do members-only events appear on the public events listing?

Yes. Members-only events appear on the public events page so visitors can see them, but only members can register and attend.

Can I add tags or categories to events?

Yes. You can add category tags to each event to help organize and filter your event listing.

Can I export the attendee list for an event?

Yes. You can download the attendee list for any event as a CSV file.
