Georgi here! I'm the Marketing Manager of Cobot Coworking Software.

I am reaching out because I want to share something with you. Something that every coworking operator/owner/community manager has likely asked themselves at some point:

“How do I attract a great community to my coworking space?"

This question can be easily broken down into four parts:

1. Creating a welcoming environment.

2. Finding the right people.

3. Communicating your unique offer(s) (USPs).

4. Continuing to care about your existing community.

Breaking it down is the easy part, but achieving it… well, that's not so easy.

What coworking operators usually thrive in is 1. Creating a welcoming environment and 4. Continuing to care about their existing community.

The marketing side of the equation–finding the right people and communicating the USPs (unique selling propositions), is often the part that is left out.

Why? Because diving into marketing can be overwhelming, especially when you are juggling so many responsibilities and trying to stay profitable. Hiring a marketing agency on the other hand can be very expensive, and they lack the understanding of the coworking industry.

This is why I (with the help of my colleagues and coworking friends) am starting this weekly newsletter—Coworking Marketing.

It's a community driven, no-bullshit, weekly newsletter.

Each issue will contain easy-to-understand breakdowns and infographics, as well as advice from other coworking operators and professionals around the globe.
