About White Forest
White Forest is a modern community focused coworking space located a short walk from Las Canteras Beach, near La Cicer.
Here you'll find the peace and focus you need to get your work done in a bright, fully renovated space. In this spacious environment, you'll enjoy a large desk, complimentary coffee and water, and a beautifully decorated space to keep you inspired and focused.
You can use the meeting room or phone booths and enjoy a great auditorium where White Forest organizes events for you to attend. Everything is brand new and well maintained so you can focus on being productive while enjoying some relaxing time in our lounge/kitchen.
Finding the right tools
It was a challenge to find the right tools for invoicing, door management with 24/7 access
and a comprehensive membership platform. It was also difficult to implement a marketing strategy to start attracting co-workers to the space.
Thanks to Cobot we were able to have more free time and didn't have to be at the space to open the door for each person coming by unless we wanted to.
Allowing White Forest to focus
Thanks to Cobot we were able to have more free time and didn't need to have to be at the space to open the door to everyone. This gave us more time to focus on other challenges we faced. We hired people to help us with the marketing and spent some time researching tools that would automate tasks.
Advice
“The three most important things to focus on are: a quiet place, a 100% working internet connection (plan for a backup!), and it should look safe to leave belongings”.
