Running a coworking space often means being the community manager, operations lead, event planner, customer service rep… and somehow also the content creator. That’s a lot of hats, especially when you’re short on time.

But here’s the thing: coworking spaces are gold mines of great content. Even when you feel like you’ve got nothing new to say, your space is full of stories, updates, and moments ready to be shared.

So if you're feeling stretched but still want to keep your online presence active, here are some ideas:

1. Member Spotlight 💁
One photo. Three sentences. Instant content. It shows your community and builds connection.

2. Throwback Thursday ⏳
Repost a moment from last year. Add a line about what’s changed since then.

3. A Day in the Life 🤳
Create a video or carousel, showing what your day looks like. Be authentic, your space will shine around that.

4. Quick FAQ 📣
“Can I book a room if I’m not a member?” “Are pets allowed?” Turn your most common questions into quick posts. You can make it more engaging by making it a POV video of someone asking you these questions.

5. Pet Cameo 🐶🐱
If your space is pet-friendly, show that with your content. Introduce your followers to the pets that are walking around your space and their personalities.

6. Office Plant of the Month 🌿
Similar to the pet suggestion, but a bit more silly. People like plants. You can turn this one into a monthly content series. All you need is a couple of shots of your plants and their achievements: “Grew 4 new leaves", “Survived a coffee spill”, “Bloomed for the second time”…

7. Top 3 Local Picks 🏡
Share your local roots and highlight the local places that people can visit next to your space. You will also probably get some reshares.

8. What Are You Listening to Right Now? 🎧
This video of a person walking around NY and asking people “what are you currently listening to” went viral around the world 14 years ago. Try replicating it in your space as a short reel :)

9. Before and After Shot 📸
Show how a room has changed: from morning to evening, from messy to tidy, or from empty to full.

10. Guest Pass Giveaway 🎟️
Post a short contest for a free day pass. Great for engagement and reach.
