Everyone is doing recaps in December. Why not be the space that posts about what’s coming in the next year?
Member award ceremony 🏆
Just make sure the awards are really meaningful, or that everyone gets one if your space is smaller. You wouldn't want to alienate members.
New members map 🌎
Highlight your new members and celebrate the cultural diversity your space creates by highlighting where new members came from.
You can even use two colors for past and new members to show what the new year brought.

If you have a picture (or video) of your space from December 2024, you can use it to show how much your space has changed.

The broken chair on the second floor, badly generated AI images (yes, second dig in the same newsletter), or even “leaving our dirty mugs on the desks overnight”.
What would your members want GONE? Give it to them! :)
